Barbarella Hair Extensions are pleased to announce that we now also ship Worldwide!


All items are sent from our base in the UK and most of the services listed below require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure there’s someone available at the delivery address to receive the item.

Most items (depending on stock) are shipped within 1 to 3 working days of receiving payment.

We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

 

Shipping Costs and Delivery Times:

** UK Delivery within 2-3 days: £3

** UK Next Day Delivery: £6

(Next Day delivery orders placed before 12pm should be dispatched the same day, UK only, Excludes weekends)

* Delivery Within 5 working days (USA and Canada) £10

* Delivery within 5 working days Europe £9

* Worldwide Delivery within 5 working days: £10

 

** UK Remote Areas
Occasionally we receive orders from remote areas and regions in the United Kingdom. These orders will be shipped via Royal Mail to ensure timely delivery but are not guaranteed to arrive "next business day". These areas currently include

a) Northern Ireland

b) Isle of Man

c) Scottish Highlands- specifically postcodes beginning with, IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE

d) Channel Islands

We ship from the UK only on business days (Monday-Fridays Excluding Public Bank Holidays) Packages will sometimes be held at customs or delayed due to other events beyond our control, so on seldom occasions international delivery can take up to four weeks, please allow this time to pass before you get in touch to see where your order is)

International orders may attract customs and duties which are payable by the customer in accordance with the rules and regulation of your country. We shall not be liable for any customs or duty charges.

 

Occasionally items may go missing in the post but we will do our best to help you claim your money back with Royal Mail. However, please note that a refund/exchange will only be given if Royal Mail accepts the status of the parcel as missing. An investigation by Royal Mail will then take place which can take up to 60 days.

 

Lost or delayed parcels
Once we have dispatched your items it is then the responsibility of the courier or postal service to deliver. We ask that our UK customers allow seven working days for the delivery items due to unforeseen circumstances such as strike action or chronic weather conditions.

We do not consider items to be “lost in transit” until a certain amount of time has passed in accordance with the independent regulations of the courier or postal service. If an item is lost we will provide an immediate replacement or refund, as directed by you, at no further cost to you.

Delays due to weather or strike action
Barbarella Hair Extensions will not be held responsible for any delay caused by weather, unsafe travel conditions or strike action held by transport companies or associated business. Customers are welcome to return items at their expense for a full refund if an item arrives late - in accordance with our returns policy.
