Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your product or you feel it is not as described you (the customer) may return any item within seven days of delivery, for a refund or exchange provided the item(s) meets with the following criteria:

All goods must be returned in the original condition they were received. Due to hygiene reasons we only offer refunds/exchanges on hair products that have not been opened, worn or tampered with (They can be removed from their plastic sleeve but cannot be removed from the cardboard and also ties must be intact) A refund or exchange will not be provided for products returned in a used condition or been tampered with. Ensure the cardboard part of the packaging has not been removed from the hair extensions or damaged in any way at all and the ties holding the extensions to the cardboard are still in place. Please do not remove the ties and then attempt to replace them as your claim for a refund will then be void and you will not receive your money back. If we determine that an item has been tampered with, you will be notified via email within seven days of its return. You will be given the option to pay for its return to you again if you wish. If you do not reply or refuse to make payment for its return, the item will be held for 30 days and then put back into stock.

We fully enforce this legislation when it comes to items being removed from their packaging

If you’re sending your item back for an exchange or refund they must not be used in any way at all, this includes:

Hair extensions that have:

  • Been cut, coloured, dyed, or permed.
  • They should not have had any heat treatment such as curling tongues, hair strengtheners, flat irons or heated rollers.
  • They should not be returned to us smelling of pets or cigarette smoke.

Returns must be requested within seven days of receipt of delivery. Returns will not be accepted after seven days.

As per the distance selling rules, we’re happy to exchange your item if it’s not the correct colour/shade within seven days of receiving the item. It can be difficult to select the correct colour online as everyone’s computer monitors are different. If you would like help choosing your colour before ordering, you can email over a couple of photos for analysis and we will try our best to match the colour.

If we accept your returned item and you would like a refund rather than an exchange, you will be refunded the cost you paid at time of purchase. Postage is non refundable.

We advise for your peace of mind that all items should be returned by Royal Mail or other currier service that will provide a tracking number. We will not accept liability for products lost or damaged during transit returned by you. If you choose to send back your item without a tracking number, we will not be held liable for any delay or loss. This is in accordance with all UK legislation.

The customer is responsible for all postage costs when returning items to us for refund or exchange. International customers are also responsible for any customs or duties charges payable to return items to us.
